Terms of Service

Rules and conditions for responsible use of SaveViral and its public-media link processing features.

Effective date and last updated:

These Terms of Service govern your use of SaveViral. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and permitted use

You may use SaveViral only if you can legally agree to these terms. You are responsible for your activity and for ensuring that your use is lawful where you live and where the content is made available.

Your responsibility for content

  • Submit and download only content you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally entitled to access and save.
  • Comply with applicable copyright and other laws, these terms, and the terms and rules of each source platform.
  • Do not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights.
  • Do not use SaveViral to access private or protected content, circumvent authentication or access controls, or bypass digital rights management (DRM) or comparable technical protections.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, automated high-volume, disruptive, or security-threatening activity.

How the service works

SaveViral processes submitted public URLs through its backend and may rely on extractors and source providers. Features and results can change without notice. A platform may restrict requests, remove content, expire links, or change its systems. SaveViral does not promise that any URL, format, or download will work or remain available.

Third-party platforms and services

Third-party platforms, links, extractors, and file hosts are not controlled or endorsed by SaveViral. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and policies. You bear the risks of accessing third-party content and are responsible for checking its legitimacy, safety, and permitted use.

Intellectual property

SaveViral and its site design, branding, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant ownership of SaveViral or of third-party content. “SaveViral” is the service brand; no statement in these terms claims ownership of media submitted from third-party sources.

Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may block requests or access that appear unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveViral is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant accuracy, availability, compatibility, security, non-infringement, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveViral will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, opportunity, reputation, or access arising from use of or inability to use the service or third-party content. Liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited remains unaffected.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your submitted URLs or downloaded content, or your violation of these terms or another person’s rights.

Changes and general terms

We may update these terms, and the date above identifies the latest version. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
